In the game, you see Altair performing death-defying acts of athleticism and acrobatics as he runs from one building to another in order to keep an eye on his target. Also, he seeks the knowledge that is stored in a Templar archive which he learns about along his journey. Along with the assistance of a covert resistance who wish to put an end to the Templars due the oppression the common man has been subjected to by their hands, Altair sets out to slay Bouchart’s children first before slaying the head of the serpent. Centered around the adventures of an expert assassin called Altair Ibn-La’Ahad, this game sees him travelling to Cyprus in order to take down Armand Bouchart, a man who is to become the next Grand Master of the Templar Order. The storyline of this game is set after the events of Assassin’s Creed which is the second installation in the Assassin’s Creed series.
